
Elizabethtown, Kentucky Ģý Featured in The News-Enterprise Article: “Ģýs commemorates opening 100th ǴDZ”

Ģý in Elizabethtown, Kentucky was featured in The News-Enterprise article, “Ģýs commemorates opening 100th school.” The article reported that “Ģýs is celebrating ‘100 Days of Empire, 100 Schools and Counting,’ a commemoration leading up to the opening of the 100th Ģý in July.”
The article revealed that “Ģý in Elizabethtown will have its own day of celebration Feb. 16 with a special open house that offers prospective” beauty school “students the chance to meet” cosmetology school educators, learn more about Ģýs’ “unique curriculum, view classrooms and the student” beauty salon “and even get a chance for some real hands-on cosmetology experience to see if it may be the right career path.” The celebration also included “Free manicures, haircuts, door prizes” and beauty school student competitions.
Elizabethtown Ģý on Westport Road also presented a check for $1,280.84 to SpringHaven as part of the cosmetology school’s “domestic violence charitable initiative” called Empire Gives Back. Located in Elizabethtown, SpringHaven is the primary domestic violence shelter for the Lincoln Trail Area Development District.
